This appointment is for clients seeking a Primary Care Provider (Family Doctor equivalent). After this visit, you will be considered a Registered Client of our Nurse Practitioner.

During the meet and greet, our Nurse Practitioner takes a detailed health history to understand your medical background, current concerns, and ongoing issues. A medication review and renewal are completed, followed by a comprehensive physical assessment, including vital signs, neurological function, and overall well-being.

This initial appointment lays the foundation for a collaborative, patient-centered relationship focused on optimizing your health and supporting your well-being.

Immediate Care Visit (Same Day)

$50.00 : 30 min. 

Ideal for addressing short-term or urgent health concerns. You can book this type of visit for issues such as sore throat, urinary tract infections, fever, minor injuries or sprains, and skin concerns. Episodic care is also available for sexual health questions and prescription renewals.

These appointments focus on timely assessment, treatment, and guidance to help you feel better quickly and get back to your daily routine.

Follow Up - Simple

$50.00 : 15 min. 

Follow-up appointments are intended for the ongoing management of health concerns that have already been discussed with your provider. These visits focus on monitoring your progress, reviewing results, and managing medications.

Please note: New medical issues cannot be addressed during a follow-up appointment. These visits are conducted in person to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.

Follow Up - Extended

$95.00 : 30 min.

Follow-up visits are designed for ongoing management of health concerns that have already been discussed with your provider. These appointments focus on monitoring progress, reviewing test results, and managing medications.

Please note: New medical concerns will not be addressed during this type of appointment. Follow-ups are conducted in person to ensure thorough assessment and continuity of care.

Phone Follow Up

$50.00 : 15 min. 

This phone appointment is for registered clients with ongoing health questions, follow-up or further management of a single concern, or a prescription renewal. Please note that only one renewal of the same medication can be provided; additional renewals require an in-clinic visit.

Important: For any urgent, critical, or emergent results, the Nurse Practitioner will contact you directly to discuss a plan of care, without the need for an appointment.

Virtual Follow Up

$50.00 : 15 min. 

This virtual appointment is for registered clients with ongoing health questions, follow-up or further management of a single concern, or a prescription renewal. Please note that only one renewal of the same medication can be provided; additional renewals require an in-clinic visit.

Follow Up - Injection Appointment 

$45.00 : 15 min. 

This in-person appointment is for ongoing management of previously discussed health concerns, including medication management and therapeutic injections.

Please note: New medical issues cannot be addressed during this visit.

Comprehensive Health Care Visit

$170.00 : 60 min. 

This in-person appointment is for registered clients who require ongoing management of more complex health concerns or have multiple issues to address. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will conduct a complete health review and physical assessment, provide mental health consultation and management, and support chronic disease management, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, COPD, or obesity. Women’s health concerns can also be addressed.

Your medical history, medications, and current health issues will be thoroughly reviewed, and a coordinated plan of care will be developed to support your overall well-being.

PAP Exam

$105.00 : 30 min. 

During your pap exam with our nurse practitioner, expect a professional and comfortable experience focused on your reproductive health. Our nurse practitioner will guide you through the process with care and sensitivity, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout. The exam involves a gentle and thorough examination of your cervix to screen for cervical cancer and detect any abnormalities. Our nurse practitioner will explain each step of the procedure, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel informed and empowered throughout the appointment. 

Contraceptive Management / IUD Consultation

$75.00 : 30 min. 

This in-person appointment is for registered clients seeking guidance on contraceptive options or considering an IUD. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will review and discuss the full range of contraceptive methods, including IUD options, and provide personalized recommendations based on your health, lifestyle, and preferences.

For clients choosing an IUD, the appointment includes a discussion of the insertion procedure, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. This consultation is designed to provide you with the information and support you need to make informed decisions about your reproductive health.

Replacement IUD Consultation

$50.00 : 15 min. 

This brief in-person appointment is for registered clients seeking a replacement IUD. During the visit, our Nurse Practitioner will review your IUD options, discuss the insertion procedure, and provide guidance to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

IUD Insertion Appointment

$225.00 : 60 min. 

This appointment is for individuals who have had their IUD consultation either with our nurse practitioner or their own primary care provider and have pick up their IUD from their pharmacy. You are to bring your IUD with you to this appointment.

During your IUD insertion with our nurse practitioner, expect a professional and comfortable experience focused on your reproductive health. Our nurse practitioner will guide you through the process with care and sensitivity, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout.  Our nurse practitioner will explain each step of the procedure, answer any questions you may have, and ensure you feel informed and empowered throughout the appointment. 

Physical Assessment with Form Completion

$170.00 : 60 min. 

For a physical evaluation for driving licensing purposes with SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance) or requested by your workplace, our clinic provides comprehensive assessments and necessary documentation to support your licensing requirements. Our healthcare professionals conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments tailored specifically to SGI's standards and guidelines for driving eligibility. We ensure all necessary forms are completed accurately and efficiently to facilitate the licensing process. 

Simple Procedures

$125.00 : 30 min. 

This in-person appointment is for registered clients requiring minor medical procedures. Services include ear irrigation, suturing of simple lacerations, suture or staple removals, wart treatments, and removal of skin lesions or moles (biopsy included, excluding facial lesions).

These appointments focus on safe, efficient, and comfortable care for minor procedures in a clinical setting.

Presciption renewal, No appointment

$45.00 : 15 min. 

Please note: this follow up is only  available for the client after their Initial/Meet and Greet Appointment.
