
Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you miss your appointment without notice, a 50% service fee will apply for the first occurrence. Any subsequent missed appointments without notice will be subject to a 100% service fee.
To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the missed time and/or full prepayment for future bookings.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service for all appointments, including:
• Physical Therapy (WCB & SGI accredited)
• Nurse Practitioner Services
• Massage Therapy
• Counselling
All new clients must complete an Initial Assessment prior to booking a follow-up, or if more than 6 months have passed since your last appointment.
We accept credit card, debit, and cash.
Direct billing is available through Telus Health and select private insurers.
